Savoy Foundation Launches New Initiative - Chivalry for Children's Causes: Presents Grant to Southern California based charity, Caterina's Club, for its Work Providing Meals, Housing and Job Training for Disadvantaged Children and Families. Grant to be Presented to Founder Chef Bruno Serato during Annual Spring Event on June 11, 2019 in New York City.

The Savoy Foundation today announced the launch of a new charitable initiative - Chivalry for Children's Causes - a multi-year program to assist institutions and charitable organizations that provide aid to children and families in need, building stable, healthy families, whether enrichment spaces or basic meals for improved health and stable living conditions in economically disadvantaged environments. The program is made possible thanks to generous support from the members and friends of the American Delegation of Savoy Orders.

The Savoy Foundation will launch the Chivalry for Children's Causes with the presentation of a major grant to California based charity - Caterina's Club. Celebrity Chef Bruno Serato, founder of Caterina's Club, will receive the grant on behalf of the charity during the Savoy Foundation's annual spring fundraiser, Festa della Primavera, on the evening of June 11, 2019 at the Columbus Citizens Foundation.

Carl Morelli, Chairman of the Board stated: "I am delighted to present the Caterina's Club grant to Bruno Serato for all of his collective efforts to bring to the forefront a most worthy cause for children and their families. Our Foundation was founded for chivalric causes among which is the care for needy children. We are ever so proud of the funds raised at our Los Angeles Notte di Savoia in April of this year and I will present this with great pride on behalf of all those sponsors and benefactors who made it possible for 11 families to find permanent homes in Los Angeles. "

The spring reception on June 11 begins at 6:30 p.m. with the awards ceremony at 7:15 pm. Ms. Vivian Cardia is the Event Chair. Two hundred guests are expected to attend the stellar event at the Columbus Citizens Foundation townhouse, 8 East 69th Street in New York City. Tickets to the Festa della Primavera Spring Awards Reception begin at $350 per person. Junior tickets are available at $250 per person.
