ParentSquare Releases Secure Document Delivery For School Report Cards, Progress Reports, and More

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., June 18, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- ParentSquare Inc., a provider of unified school-home communications, has launched Secure Document Delivery, a feature that allows schools to deliver important documents such as report cards to parents directly through the ParentSquare platform. Delivery can occur flexibly, via email, text, app notifications and traditional mail. In addition to saving resources such as paper, postage and time, schools and districts will be able to track who received their secure documents digitally, and choose to physically mail documents to just those who did not - ensuring a stronger parent reach.

The Secure Document Delivery feature updates and upgrades the traditional system of manually printing and mailing documents. ParentSquare's Secure Document Delivery streamlines the process of sending documents and includes reporting metrics and customizable elements. The program automatically prepares student documents by parsing a master file safely uploaded by the school, which can include documents of varying lengths. Schools can send the documents immediately or schedule delivery, and have the ability to attach customized translatable messages for students' families. There is still the traditional option of printing documents for families who prefer paper copies or whose access to technology is limited.
