Fiserv Chief Legal Officer Lynn McCreary Selected as Women in the Law Honoree

Recognition from Wisconsin Law Journal highlights outstanding legal professionals

McCreary, who has been named among the Wisconsin Law Journal 2019 Women in the Law honorees. This annual recognition pays tribute to legal professionals for their outstanding achievements in the industry and for their efforts to help other women succeed in the profession.

McCreary has served as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of Fiserv since 2013, having initially joined the company as Deputy General Counsel in 2010. She has oversight of all Fiserv legal activities worldwide, including commercial contracting, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, vendor negotiations, employment matters, intellectual property, litigation, regulatory compliance and government affairs. McCreary also has oversight for the company's enterprise risk function, and serves as its Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary.
