Bridgemarq Real Estate Services Inc. Completes Name Change

TORONTO, May 27, 2019 /CNW/ - Bridgemarq Real Estate Services Inc. ('Bridgemarq' or the 'Company') BRE is pleased to announce it has received TSX regulatory approval to change the Company name to Bridgemarq Real Estate Services Inc. from Brookfield Real Estate Services Inc.

Effective today, the Company will begin trading under its new name Bridgemarq Real Estate Services Inc. The Company's trading symbol BRE remains the same.

The Company's CUSIP and ISIN numbers have changed to 10808B108 and CA10808B1085, respectively.  

The Company began operating under the tradename Bridgemarq Real Estate Services on January 3, 2019.  At the Annual Meeting of the Company held on May 7, 2019, shareholders approved an amendment to the articles of the Company to change its name to Bridgemarq Real Estate Services Inc., with 98% of shareholders voting in favour of the resolution.
