BOSTON (PRWEB) April 25, 2019

Indra Mohindra O.D. shares a practical guide on what constitutes a healthy diet that aids to a wholesome lifestyle in her new book, "Eating the Sai Way Using Sai-Entific Methods: A simplified food guide for better health and a cleaner planet" (published by LifeRich Publishing). Mohindra presents her personal experience in a log on how dietary changes and organic food adoption, combined with disciplined habits, can enhance the quality of life for people of all ages.

The book offers an autobiographical account of the author's food journey and adoption of organic, lactovegetarian diet to lead a healthy life. The author recounts her food sojourn, which is guided by the teachings of her spiritual guru Swami, Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Mohindra demonstrates a practical approach to the food people eat based on Swami's teachings, explaining how food can cause disease or help with health and illness prevention.

"‘Where there is a will, there is a way.' I am not prescribing a fad diet. Listen to your body and dive into the Sai-Entific Way of eating wholesome organic food," Mohindra urges. "I am sharing with you my joy of regaining full health by changing my way of eating and I believe ‘You can do it too.'"
