KYNC announced today that the company is restructuring its entire executive management and appoints Phil Sands as the new acting CEO. Mr. Sands brings business management, business development and investment banking expertise to the company. Mr. Sands replaces Maria Daniels, who is no longer with the company since March 20, 2019 as she was dismissed from the board of directors and CEO position.
