HOUSTON and BARCELONA, Spain, March 20, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cardtronics CATM, the world's largest ATM operator, today announced the successful rollout of ING branding on select Cardtronics ATMs in Spain and free access for ING customers.
Following the signing of a long-term agreement in December 2018, ING's 3.9 million Spanish customers enjoy free access to Cardtronics' ATMs in Spain. At the same time, the co-branding arrangement sees Cardtronics ATMs carry ING branding in key locations for the bank.
The announcement comes as Cardtronics is seeing increasing global demand among banks for similar partnerships, as many of them put a greater focus on their digital strategies, while looking for cost-efficient alternatives to ensure they maintain the necessary bridges to the physical world of financial services.
