Strayer University Opens Doors at New Campus in Fort Worth


Strayer expands in Texas with eighth campus in the state

Today, Strayer University announced it is continuing to support working
adults in Texas by opening its eighth campus in the state. The
ribbon-cutting ceremony showcased the university's programs that give
working adults flexible, affordable and attainable higher education

The new campus will feature a new, leaner classroom model that provides
students with collaborative spaces to meet with peers and faculty and
access to student support resources. Spring classes start April 1.

than 60 other colleges and universities
that call the Dallas and
Fort Worth area home," Dr. Michael Plater, President Emeritus of Strayer
University, said. "Our career preparedness offerings – ranging from
resume building workshops to interview prep sessions – will ensure our
students in Fort Worth are ready to join the growing workforce in the
greater metro area."

working adult students – will be able to provide the local community

Strayer University offers associates, bachelors and master's degree
through its in-person and online programs at campuses across the U.S.
Alumni graduate with degrees in business administration, criminal
justice, education, information technology and public administration,
among many others.

The school
has more than 70 campuses nationwide and enrolls over 52,000 students.
The Fort Worth campus will empower students – both inside and outside
