Americold Realty Trust Announces Date of Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Americold Realty Trust COLD (the "Company" or "Americold"), the world's largest owner and operator of temperature-controlled warehouses, today announced that its Board of Trustees has scheduled its Annual Meeting of Shareholders for fiscal year 2019 (the "2019 Annual Meeting"), to be held at its headquarters, located at 10 Glenlake Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30328, on Wednesday, May 22, 2019.

The Board has fixed the close of business on March 25, 2019, as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the 2019 Annual Meeting and at any adjournment(s), postponement(s) or other delay(s) thereof.
