Synapse Technology Partners with Astrophysics to Bring Artificial Intelligence To Security X-Ray Industry

PALO ALTO, Calif., Feb. 14, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Synapse Technology has established a partnership with X-ray manufacturer Astrophysics, Inc. Synapse Technology's industry-leading artificial intelligence platform for automated gun and knife detection has been successfully integrated with Astrophysics' XIS-6040 X-ray machine, resulting in the new product, Syntech SOLUTION, the first integrated AI X-ray system on the market.

The partnership and production of Syntech SOLUTION marks the first time artificial intelligence (AI) threat detection has been directly integrated into an X-ray inspection system. Syntech SOLUTION is best suited for the critical infrastructure market, including event security, schools, government buildings and other high-threat facilities.
