Spencer Cropper Elected Chair of LCNB Corp. and LCNB National Bank

LCNB Corp. LCNB The Board of Directors of LCNB Corp., at their meeting on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, unanimously elected Spencer S. Cropper to the position of Chair for LCNB Corp. and LCNB National Bank. He joined the Board of Directors in 2006. He replaces Steve Wilson, who has served as Chair since 1993. Mr. Wilson will remain on the Board.

Mr. Cropper has been an active board member serving on the Pension Committee, the Bond Committee, the Nominating and Compensation Committee and as Chair of the Audit Committee. He will step down from his position as Chair of the Audit Committee but will continue to serve on it. Valerie S. Krueckeberg, who joined the board in 2016, will become the new Chair of the Audit committee.

Mr. Cropper is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is employed by Stolle Properties, Inc., a subsidiary of the Ralph J. Stolle Company and serves on its Board of Directors. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Ralph J. Stolle Countryside YMCA, as well as the Board of Trustees for the Ralph J. Stolle Countryside YMCA, the Warren County Foundation, and the Bethesda Foundation Inc.
