Acquired HealthLoop and Bolstered Executive Bench to Exceed Consumer Demands and Support Growth

The company furthered global expansion efforts, made several executive hires and acquired leading digital health company HealthLoop to catalyze growth in the ambulatory space.

Former Advisory Board Company executive Nikia Bergan was brought on board as chief growth officer, former OptumInsight executive Sameer Siraj joined as chief product officer and Peter Keating, also from Advisory Board Company, assumed the role of chief people officer. Nazir Rostom returned to GetWellNetwork as chief financial officer from RLJ Entertainment, Inc. RLJE and former HealthLoop CEO Todd Johnson joined the executive team as senior vice president, ambulatory solutions.

• 100 percent in renewals from existing VA Medical Center clients, and continued growth and expansion with the Veterans Health Administration, confirming the company's strength within the government sector
• 3.6 million patient visits processed by digital onboarding solution GetWell Practice, which deployed in 68 new clinic locations last year (a 35 percent increase over 2017), highlighting the company's growing ambulatory footprint
• 20 percent growth in employee base since January 2018, signaling a commitment to maintaining a strong foundation for future growth and scalability
• Double-digit increases on Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) patient satisfaction scores reported by clients, indicating value on investment in the company's cross-continuum solutions suite
