Mr. Cooper Group Names New Head of Investor Relations

Mr. Cooper Group Inc. COOP announced today the appointment of Kenneth Posner as senior vice president, strategic planning and investor relations. Posner served most recently as chief of strategic planning and investor relations at Capital Bank Financial Corp. and was a co-founder of the company. Previously he was a managing director and Institutional Investor-ranked research analyst at Morgan Stanley, covering specialty finance and mortgage companies. He has earned the Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, and Financial Risk Manager designations and written extensively about strategy and risk management.
