2018 World Youth Leaders Summit & Global Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition will be held in Hangzhou, China

HANGZHOU, China, Nov. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The 2018 World Youth Leaders Summit will be held in Hangzhou International Expo Center on December 2^nd, 2018. The summit is a global youth leaders exchange summit initiated and organized by the World Youth Leaders Union and Young Entrepreneur Committee of the General Association of Zhejiang Entrepreneurs. Youth leaders and organizations from different countries and regions will gather together to discuss how to solve global social problems related to 2018 major concerns of the United Nations through innovation and youth power. The theme of the summit is "Innovation, Makes a Better World". The discussion topics include globalization and de-globalization, benefits and risks of robot development, youth's social responsibilities, and other global concerns.

The guide organizer of the 2018 World Youth Leaders Summit is the General Association of Zhejiang Entrepreneurs(GAZE). GAZE is a non-profit organization operating at the intersection of international cooperation, industry, and private enterprise with Jack Ma (co-founder and executive chairman of Alibaba Group) as the chairman.

The World Youth Leaders Union aims to assemble youth leaders across the world, build a global platform to exchange and cooperate, and promote development in a sustainable manner. The Young Entrepreneur Committee of GAZE focuses on cultivating a global perspective, and making contributions to healthy and sustainable development of social society. 

The First Global Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition will be held on the same day. The outstanding entrepreneurs and government representatives from all over the world will gather to select the best international innovative projects that could serve billions of people and help to solve global social problems. The competition encourages participants to create innovative products focusing on the areas of internet, AI, education, environmental protection, health & fitness, energy, transportation and other areas of sustainable development by combining innovative design and cutting-edge technologies.
