Kennedy Wilson Increases Dividend by 11% to $0.21 Per Common Share for Fourth Quarter 2018

Global real estate investment company Kennedy Wilson KW today announced an 11% increase in the common dividend per share to $0.21 per quarter or $0.84 on an annualized basis. The Company will pay a quarterly dividend to common shareholders of record as of December 28, 2018 with a payment date of January 3, 2019. This is the eighth consecutive annual dividend increase since 2012, over which time the annual dividend has increased from $0.16 to its current level of $0.84.
