Rotunda Capital Announces Amware Acquisition of Iron Mountain Fulfillment Services

Rotunda Capital Partners, LLC ("Rotunda") a lower middle market private equity firm that specializes in investing in founder/family-owned lower middle market logistics, distribution, specialty finance, and business services businesses, announced today that Amware Fulfillment LLC ("Amware" or the "Company") acquired the fulfillment services unit of Iron Mountain IRM, Iron Mountain Fulfillment Services ("IMFS"), on September 28, 2018. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

Iron Mountain Fulfillment Services specializes in fulfillment and distribution of printed and promotional materials. IMFS's modern fulfillment centers in Chicago and Milpitas, CA, will expand Amware's warehouse network, and its facilities in Atlanta and Cranbury, NJ, will augment Amware's existing locations in those markets. The resulting combination of the IMFS and Amware networks creates true national coverage, expanding same-day order/ship capabilities. The acquisition grows Amware's service capabilities to include marketing fulfillment as well as print on demand, and strengthens freight buying leverage with parcel carriers.
