Mass-Vac, Inc. has introduced a line of high capacity vacuum inlet traps for manufacturing processes involving large substrates such as OLEDs that generate a lot of byproducts.

MV MultiTrap® Duplex Carts include two 16" high capacity vacuum inlet traps
featuring first stage knock down baffles, up to 160 sq. ft. of filtration surface area, and provide 60 grams per sq. ft. of particle retention. Ideal for high flow vacuum deposition processes used in manufacturing OLEDs, solar cells, and crystal growing, their mobility permits easy access to process components for enhanced serviceability.

Custom tailored to the user's application, MV MultiTrap® Duplex Carts can be built with each large trap mounted vertically or horizontally and can be supplied with internally cooled baffles with up to 30 sq. ft. of cooling surface area and NW-40 to ISO-160 ports. Available filter media includes pleated high-temperature polyester offered with 25- and 100-micron ratings.
