Ethernet Alliance Demos Innovative Ethernet Optics at ECOC 2018


Nearly a dozen top Ethernet tech leaders unite to showcase Ethernet's
ongoing evolution and expansion with interactive multivendor
interoperability demo

The Ethernet
, a global consortium dedicated to the continued success and
advancement of Ethernet technologies, today announced details of its
multivendor interoperability demo at ECOC
. With the leading European conference in the field of optical
communication as a backdrop, the Ethernet Alliance's display will play
host to a broad array of the latest optical Ethernet technologies at
speeds of 10 Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) to 400GbE, presented by nearly a
dozen of the Ethernet Alliance's members from across the Ethernet
ecosystem. The Ethernet Alliance's demo can be experienced in booth 618
on the ECOC 2018 expo floor, September 23 – 27, 2018, in Rome, Italy.

ECOC 2018 demo features state-of-the-art PAM4 optical gear and
electronics. Among key elements in the group's display are diverse
