Audax Group Closes Sixth Private Equity Fund with $3.5 Billion of Commitments

today announced the close of Audax Private Equity Fund VI ("Fund VI").
Audax held the first and final close of Fund VI in August, above the $3
billion target at its hard cap of $3.5 billion. The Fund was
significantly oversubscribed, with a diverse set of investors from the
U.S., Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Canada, and Latin America.

With Fund VI, Audax will continue its strategy of investing in middle
market companies headquartered in North America. Audax works closely
