Kopas brings 25 years of strategic and operational sales management
experience in the enterprise software and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
industries to his new role at Moovit. He now oversees the company's
global Sales organization, which currently has staff in Europe, the
Middle East, and the Americas. Kopas expects to add numerous Sales
positions in the U.S. and abroad by the end of the year.

Moovit launched its suite of Mobility as a Service (MaaS) products
earlier this year to license to governments, municipalities and transit
authorities to help them improve urban mobility and increase riders'
satisfaction around the world. Moovit expects to surpass one billion
users of its app by 2021, and to expand significantly the number of
cities that use Moovit's solutions to improve urban mobility.

"In the past year Moovit has experienced hyper growth as a
consumer-facing company with its internationally-renowned free app and
as a MaaS solutions provider," said Moovit Co-founder and CEO Nir Erez.
"We needed an experienced Global Sales executive to manage our Sales
process and growth. Frank Kopas brings his considerable skill sets to
Moovit at the exact right time."

Kopas is based in San Francisco and reports to CEO Erez.

Most recently, Kopas was General Manager of the Americas at Aconex, a
SaaS company providing collaboration solutions to the global engineering
and construction market. He joined Aconex in 2012. The company went
public in 2014, and was acquired by Oracle for $1.2 billion in March
2018.

Prior to Aconex, Kopas spent seven years as Senior Vice President of
Sales at Trilogy, the world's leading privately held provider of
enterprise business applications to Global 2000 companies. Earlier he
held sales management positions at several enterprise software companies
specializing in customer relationship management (CRM) and interactive
customer support, business intelligence, and consulting services. These
include iPhrase Technologies (acquired by IBM), Banter, Brio Technology,
and Hewlett-Packard Company.

Kopas earned an M.B.A. degree from Ohio State University and a B.S.E.E.
degree with Distinction from the University of Kentucky.

world, making getting around town via transit easier and more
convenient. By combining information from public transit operators and
authorities with live information from the user community, Moovit offers
travelers a real-time picture, including the best route for the journey.
Named Best Local App by Google in 2016 and one of Apple's Best Apps of
2017, Moovit launched in 2012 and surpassed 200 million users in five
years.

Moovit amasses up to four billion anonymous data points a day to add to
the world's largest repository of transit data. The data gathering is
aided by Moovit's network of more than 400,000 local editors called "Mooviters."
These passionate users help map and maintain local transit information
in cities that would otherwise be unserved. Mooviters account for 65
percent of the hundreds of cities Moovit opens every year and make
Moovit the Wikipedia of Transit.

Moovit is an early pioneer of Mobility as a Service (MaaS). The company
helps people change the way they consume mobility by fully integrating
other forms of transport, such as local bicycle services, into its app.
In 2017 Moovit launched its Smart
Transit Suite
of products to help cities, governments and transit
operators improve urban mobility in their cities.

Moovit is available for free on iOS,
Android
