"I read about too many accidents on the roadways due to drivers falling asleep at the wheel. I wanted to prevent these accidents from occurring," said the inventor. JOE'S SAFETY GLOVE automatically detects drowsiness and awakens the driver. It ensures the motorist is capable of maintaining full concentration on the road. This will help prevent accidents, and thus injuries, on roadways. It will also prevent vehicular damage due to accidents. This glove is adaptable for use on virtually any motorist. It offers a lightweight, user-friendly design that is simple to use and comfortable to wear.

The original design was submitted to the Durham office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
