The International Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service are the world's top honors for customer service, business development, and sales professionals. The International Stevie Awards organizes seven of the world's leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business AwardsSM and International Business Awards® (IBA).

The IBA receives more than 3,900 nominations of all types in 74 nations. Winners were determined by the average scores of judges that hold a chair as a senior-level executive. BrightMove was selected for the Bronze Award for Software Customer Service Department of the Year for their 2017 efforts, making this their second Stevie Accolade.
