PORTLAND, Ore., Aug. 28, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- SalesFirst Recruiting is widening its scope with the introduction of a new subscription service – TalentNet. The subscription model is novel in the recruiting marketplace, and offers companies that are in the process of scaling up access to a dedicated recruiter for the length of the subscription.

Traditionally, SalesFirst Recruiting has devoted the company's resources toward companies seeking individual sales and marketing professionals throughout the west. TalentNet widens that scope, offering clients the opportunity to expand their searches into other employment segments, such as admin, IT, or accounting. TalentNet also allows subscribers to take their search nationwide.

"We developed TalentNet for organizations throughout the country that are expecting to see a surge in their growth in the coming months. The subscription model completely uproots the way we normally offer recruiting services – targeting one person at a time. The unique recruiting strategy utilizes SalesFirst Recruiting's full range of existing tools, allowing the company to provide the same quality of placement as its traditional model. Depending upon the subscriber's chosen package, their dedicated SalesFirst recruiter can assist with managing the candidate pipeline and coordinating with hiring managers, handling High-Priority Outbound Campaigns, providing phone screenings, in-person interviews, and behavioral, cognitive, and value-based assessments. The recruiter works closely with the subscriber, providing strategic advice, and handling offers and the onboarding of candidates. Costs start as low as $1,000 per month, with a minimum six-month commitment. After the obligation is complete, the subscriber can choose to retain TalentNet services on a month-to-month basis. Returning subscribers can reinstate their membership with a three-month commitment.

TalentNet is available now, and will officially be out of beta mode on October 1st.
