HAYWARD, California, Aug. 24, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Forensic Analytical Consulting Services, Inc. (FACS), already the largest independent industrial hygiene consulting company in the Western USA, has acquired Hazard Management Services, Inc. (HMS), a California-based certified trainer in hazardous materials identification and management.

The acquisition will expand FACS service areas to include eleven strategically located offices and over 150 employees. It is a synergetic blending of two like-minded companies that believe in science-based decision making, ongoing education, and the importance of protecting public health.

FACS was founded in 1986. The company specializes in environmental hazards consulting, risk prevention, risk management, and litigation support in situations where human health is a concern.
