York Faulkner commented:  "Japanese companies are investing heavily in the United States and Europe, and no firm is better equipped than Quinn Emanuel to help those companies overcome the numerous legal challenges they face abroad.  I am thrilled by the opportunity to join the firm's Tokyo Office and to work with the firm's talented teams of trial lawyers."
