Waterfront Development announces continued housing growth with National Homebuilders coming to Cedar Point

LIVINGSTON, Texas, Aug. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Polk County Texas has long needed quality budget friendly homes for its citizens and families wanting a Lake House to escape rising costs, crime, and congestion of Houston.

They will immediately begin construction on homes priced from $100,000 to $154,000.

Most economists agree that home ownership is crucial to developing long-term financial stability and with the amenities offered by Cedar Point--a gated community directly on Lake Livingston, Texas's  largest lake--and being only an hour north of Houston, property values should continue to rise for these buyers.
