Development of a 50-unit residential complex in North Vancouver, Canada

PR Newswire

NORTH VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Aug. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Graham Gordon Alexander of North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, is pleased to announce that the first deposit cheque in securing one of the five residential lots on this latest assembly has been given to the homeowner at 1567 Crown Street, marking the commencement of LYNNCROWN, a spectacular development of 50 residential units of 1, 2, 3 bedrooms that are nestled in what Lynn Creek has been coined YaleTown North of the Lower Mainland Vancouver.

Mr. Alexander was quoted as saying, "It doesn't get any better than this. What a delight to be able to assemble and acquire one of the last and best-located development pods in this upcoming bustling new community where a new Recreation Center, a City Town Square Plaza, stylish restaurants, breweries and a new daycare are all being constructed at this very moment. All this is alongside green spaces and bike paths in our North Shore Mountainous Outdoor Living Paradise. The development will be connected to Phibbs Exchange transit hub via a GreenSpine, a man-made bike path cutting through new parks, a brewery, a grocery store, a bank and a coffee shop. It's all here to enjoy to the fullest within steps. Owning a flat here at LYNNCROWN will be taking living as the ultimate in convenience. You won't even need a car."

This is the third assembly for GGIQ. Mr. Alexander further added, "We have added to the team Mr. Norman Laube to spearhead the project to a successful addition of floor space ratio by negotiating with the British Columbia Housing department and the District of North Vancouver to assist first-time home buyers in acquiring their homes. We may decide to develop it ourselves or partner with a larger developer, depending on demand, supply and market conditions."

Mr. Laube is the development director of Pure Living of Bond Street, the former president of the City of Surrey Development Corporation and former development director of Omicron.

Mr. Alexander closed by stating that, "Greg Johnson of Sutton Group and Norm Lum of Remax were both instrumental in engaging in the buy and sell contracts and in facilitating this transaction. I look forward to working with both of them in the future and on further land assemblies in the Lower MainLand Vancouver."

Graham Gordon Alexander is a graduate of the University of British Columbia as an electrical engineer and is a resident of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Mr. Alexander built a 32-lot Estates on Mount Thurston Drive and Mount Archibald Place, coined as the West Vancouver of Chilliwack, British Columbia.
