With more than half a million members and a very high growth rate, it has been an ongoing challenge for this health plan to deal with high volumes of new groups and renewals during the enrollment season and meet tight timelines. Like most other health plans, their past dependence on complex, manual and error-prone benefit product configuration processes had been creating a major bottleneck every year especially during Q4 open enrollment activities.
