Wall Street Fraud Watchdog Now Urges a Whistleblower With Proof an EB-5 Visa Real Estate Developer Is Cheating Investors to Call About Rewards and They Urge Investors to Use Their Due Diligence Service

PR Newswire

WASHINGTON, Aug. 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- According to the Wall Street Fraud Watchdog, "We are urging an EB-5 Visa investor to call us anytime at 866-714-6466 before they give a US real estate developer $500,000 or more. The last thing we want to see happen is a foreign investor hoping to obtain a US EB-5 Visa is to get fleeced out of their $500,000 investment.

"At the same time, we are urging an employee of a real estate developer offering investment opportunities to EB-5 Visa applicants to call us anytime if their employer is lying to investors about the potential viability of their real estate investment opportunity. The potential SEC reward for this type of information can be significant, as we would like to discuss anytime." http://WallStreetFraudWatchdog.Com

A few examples of US real estate developers lying to EB-5 Visa applicants that have been recently discovered by the Wall Street Fraud Watchdog:

  • In a recent example, an EB-5 Visa applicant was offered an investment opportunity in a retail-hotel investment property that supposedly was very 'near-next' to a major US tourist attraction. As it turned out, the real estate investment development was 15 miles away from the tourist attraction and the property was in a neighborhood that would not be safe to visit after daylight hours.
  • In another recent example, EB-5 Visa applicants were offered an investment opportunity in a multi-level retail development in an office building in a major metro area's downtown. The problem - the retail "investment opportunity" had no tenants and it is extremely unlikely the enterprise would have ever been commercially successful. In both instances the Wall Street Fraud Watchdog was able to prevent EB-5 Visa investors from throwing away millions of dollars.
  • Important note: Before an EB-5 Visa investor gives a real estate developer or their one in the same Regional Center $500,000 they are urged to contact the Wall Street Fraud Watchdog at 866-714-6466 for their extremely affordable due diligence service. http://WallStreetFraudWatchdog.Com

At the same time, the Wall Street Fraud Watchdog is urging an employee of a real estate developer offering investment opportunities to EB-5 Visa applicants to call them anytime at 866-714-6466 if their employer is lying to investors potential upside of their real estate opportunity. The potential SEC reward for this type of information can be significant, as we would like to discuss. http://WallStreetFraudWatchdog.Com
