CHAIRITY Celebrates its Fourth Year

PR Newswire

SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ --

WHO:

two, a Bay Area contract furniture firm, specializing in brand and culture, kicks off CHAIRITY.

WHAT:

Two gathered 31 prominent Design Firms to select a chair from a stable of found, purchased, and donated chairs. The goal each year is to challenge these firms to re-envision, re-imagine and re-construct these objects into objects that'll entice bidders to raise paddles for these works of art. Last year's event of nearly 400 that attended saw a bar cart, go cart and light fixtures to name a few of the top designs!

WHEN:

On October 11, 2018 @ 6 pm at EQ3 San Francisco (2299 Alameda St, San Francisco, CA 94103) — the public is invited to meet and mingle with these designers. They will have a chance to learn about the chairs' journeys. What is behind the design? Where they got their inspiration. Why the chair is or isn't a chair any longer. If it's still a chair, what makes the upcycled version unique in its reinvented state.

Donations and Bidding can take place at the event or by going to (https://one.bidpal.net/chairity)
#givetwochairity.
