WINNIPEG, Aug. 3, 2018 /CNW/ - An appearance has been scheduled before a Hearing Panel of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) for the purpose of setting a date for the disciplinary hearing in the matter of Edward Peter Bodnarchuk.

The discipline hearing concerns allegations that Mr. Bodnarchuk engaged in personal financial dealings with a client. IIROC Staff originally tried to have this allegation added to a previous disciplinary hearing involving Mr. Bodnarchuk.
