Cookbook Author and Former Williams-Sonoma culinary director, Amanda Haas, partners with Traeger to collaborate on recipe development and host shop classes

SALT LAKE CITY, Aug. 2, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Traeger Grills, inventor of the original wood pellet grill, today announced that it has partnered with Amanda Haas, bringing her unique style and approach to cooking to the Traeger community. Haas brings over a decade of culinary expertise, including time spent overseeing recipe development and testing as Williams-Sonoma's culinary director, as well as authoring several cookbooks.

Haas has hosted hundreds of cooking videos for Williams-Sonoma and spent more than a decade testing and developing recipes for over a dozen cookbooks. She is the author of two best-selling cookbooks, "Cooking Light Real Family Food" and "The Anti-Inflammation Cookbook: The Delicious Way to Reduce Inflammation and Stay Healthy." Her next title "The Vibrant Life: Eat Well, Live Well, and Love Your Midlife" will be released in early 2019 by Chronicle Books. In 2012, she was recognized for her work in MAKERS: Women Who Make America, a digital video and broadcast initiative with AOL and PBS that celebrates women who inspire change in the way we live.
