NB Private Capital, LLC Completes Syndication of Student Housing Property Near the University of Cincinnati, Raising $13.2 Million

Newly rebranded company adds to its growing portfolio of properties with a new housing complex near the University of Cincinnati.

Southern California-based NB Private Capital, LLC (NBPC), a successor to Nelson Brothers Professional Real Estate, has completed the syndication of CP Cincy, a student housing property near The University of Cincinnati.

The property was built in 2005 and features market-leading amenities. At the time of purchase, the property was 100 percent occupied with 12-month leases. CP Cincy was offered in a DST (Delaware Statutory Trust) structure and eligible for 1031 investors. The initial total offering price to investors for the property was $30,653,255 of which approximately $13.2 million came from investor equity.

The property has 121 units and 440 beds with a mix of two, three and four-bedroom floor plans. Located in close proximity to the College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati, CP Cincy is the only property in the market with a full recording studio. The property also boasts the only outdoor pool in the market as well as a pilates room, fitness center, stand-up tanning beds, and a gated parking garage.
