Shareholders Katie Molloy and Jasmine Zacharias at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP have been shortlisted for Euromoney's inaugural Rising Star Awards. Molloy has been shortlisted for Best in Labor & Employment and Zacharias for Best in Banking & Finance. The firm was shortlisted for Best International Mentoring Program and Best International Firm for Talent Management.

Winners will be announced at a ceremony at The Pierre in New York, Sept. 27, 2018.

Molloy, resident in the firm's Tampa office, focuses her labor & employment practice on trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation, and defending matters involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour claims in state and federal court. She provides advice and counseling on employment law and human resources matters, and assists employers with administrative investigations before the EEOC, DOL, and NLRB. Molloy has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Florida Super Lawyers since 2015.

Zacharias, a corporate shareholder in the firm's Miami office, focuses her practice on corporate finance, private equity, and banking and credit matters. She represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, high net worth individuals, and public and private borrowers and lenders in a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including syndicated and bilateral financings, investment grade financings, senior secured and unsecured financings, mezzanine financings, acquisition financings, leveraged loans, asset-based credit facilities, bridge financings, subscription-based facilities, and debtor-in-possession facilities. Zacharias received the Lawyer Monthly's "Women in Law Award" twice, in 2017 for banking and in 2018 for corporate law.
