Carlson & Associates Insurance Agency Announces Launch of Charity Campaign to Benefit Local Seniors

A Hayward-based insurance agency is announcing a regional charity effort to provide meals to low income seniors

HAYWARD, Calif. (PRWEB) August 11, 2018

Todd Carlson, owner and CEO of the Carlson & Associates Insurance Agency in Bay Area California, is launching a charity drive to benefit low income seniors in the region. By 2030, the California senior population is expected to grow by four million, even as the state leads the nation in the percentage of older adults living in poverty.

"It is imperative that our community comes together to provide supportive services to elderly residents who are struggling with financial challenges and food insecurity, and this campaign will help organize those efforts," said Carlson.

Part of the campaign will include encouraging the involvement of Hayward area residents through the use of an invitation and rewards program. Carlson has agreed to make a $10 contribution toward local senior programs in the name of anyone who refers a friend or loved one into Carlson & Associates Insurance to receive a complimentary insurance appraisal.
