With forces up to 220 kN, Diakont released several gas turbine actuators that are tailored for applications such as inlet guide vane (IGV) control, nozzle guide vane (NGV) control, and fuel valve control. Diakont's gas turbine actuators boast an operating lifetime of 20 years or more. This best-in-class lifetime is due to optimized roller screw thread design, tight machining accuracy, and specialized hardening processes. Featuring an integrated permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) paired with a precisely machined roller screw, Diakont electric actuators are also remarkably lightweight and compact.
