Frankenmuth Insurance Receives Top Marketing Awards


Regional insurance carrier's 150-year history shines as ‘Best of Show'

Frankenmuth Insurance's marketing and advertising campaign rose to the challenge for the third year in a row – bringing home two Best of Show awards and an Award of Excellence from the Insurance Marketing & Communications Association (IMCA) annual conference in Atlanta, GA.

During the awards ceremony that capped off the annual conference of IMCA, Frankenmuth Insurance received Best of Show awards for:

  • "Neighbor Helping Neighbor" – a video that was produced this year in observance of the company's 150th anniversary to honor its past, and celebrate the future of the company.
  • Its 2017 competitive conquesting advertising campaign, which ran in all 11 states where Frankenmuth Insurance does business.

Frankenmuth Insurance also earned an Award of Excellence for its 150th anniversary booklet that was produced this year to share the story of the company's history with its employees, independent agency partners and community.

Marketing Manager Jennifer McDermitt accepted the awards on behalf of the company. More than 200 entries were submitted in a variety of categories.

Last year, IMCA honored Frankenmuth Insurance with four Awards of Excellence for various elements of its digital, advertising and employee communication campaigns.
