Priddy joins Caliper from Amazon, where he served as the Senior Kindle Content Risk Manager with a focus on machine learning, data science, and analytics. Prior to that role, he led Amazon's Connections program to develop a confidential workplace feedback solution to measure the employee experience and introduce positive changes globally. His extensive experience in HR analytics, assessments, big data strategy, and implementation fully equips Priddy to lead Caliper's strategic, technology-enabled initiatives.
