Organic Potash Corporation Announces debt conversion

TORONTO, Aug. 24, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Organic Potash Corporation (CSE:OPC) ("OPC" or the "Corporation") announced today that further to its announcement of June 20th, 2018, at a board of directors meeting held on the 24th day of May 2018, the Board approved the conversion of $235,300.98 worth of cash debt to equity at $0.02 per share for a total of 11,765,049 common shares. All conversions were executed by members of the Board of directors.
