Shamrock Capital Completes Sale of RBmedia to KKR


RBmedia Joins with KKR to Build on Momentum Achieved During
Partnership with Shamrock

, a Los Angeles-based investment firm, today announced that
it has completed the sale of its portfolio company, RBmedia, the largest
independent publisher of audiobooks in the world, to KKR. Terms of the
transaction were not disclosed.
