Elevate Certified as a Great Place to Work for Third Year in a Row


Elevate Credit, Inc. ("Elevate"), a leading tech-enabled provider of

consumers, announced today it was certified as a great workplace by the
independent analysts at Great Place to Work®. Elevate earned this
credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in
anonymous surveys. A summary of these ratings can be found at

    orientation (97%), race (96%), age (94%), and gender (94%)
  • 94% said "When you join the company, you are made to feel welcome"
  • 91% said "Management is honest and ethical in its business practices"
  • 90% said "People care about each other here"
  • 89% said "I feel good about the way we contribute to the community"

Additionally, the survey highlighted the company's inclusive workplace.
Out of Elevate's more than 650 employees, 44% are minorities – well
above industry norms. Elevate's workforce is 43% female, and 40% of
mid-level managers are female. "Our diversity makes us a stronger

Elevate employees completed 388 surveys, resulting in a 90 percent
confidence level and a margin of error of ± 1.93.
