DevOps Thought Leader Carmen DeArdo Joins Tasktop to Head up New Value Stream Management Consulting Practice

Nationwide Insurance DevOps Leader, Technology Director Carmen DeArdo
has joined the company to head up its newly formed Value Stream
Management (VSM) Consulting Practice.

As senior strategist for the new practice, DeArdo will lead efforts to
help customers experience project to product transformations. The
practice utilizes the "Project to Product" Flow Framework concepts based

to help organizations better understand,
identify efficiencies and optimize their value streams for each software
product in the delivery pipeline.

for driving continuous delivery utilizing DevOps, Lean and Agile

must follow enterprise DevOps leaders by TechBeacon. Prior to joining
Nationwide, DeArdo worked at Bell Labs on systems such as Advanced 800
and messaging, where he received three patents. Recently, DeArdo
