Integrity Closes Two Acquisitions, Continuing National Expansion

announced that it has completed two previously announced acquisitions of
Agent Service Connection, Inc. ("Agent Service Connection") and the
Senior Market division of Cornerstone Broker Insurance Services Agency,
Inc. ("Cornerstone"). The two additions expand Integrity's network of
Senior Market experts to locations in 11 states from coast to coast.

In the last two years, Integrity has doubled headcount, and tripled
annual revenues as well as net income. Through organic growth and 13
add-on acquisitions, Integrity has achieved nationwide scale and become
the preferred partner for insurance carriers in the senior market. The
owners of each of the businesses Integrity has acquired continue to run
their businesses while becoming equity partners in Integrity.
