PVH Corp. Expands Global Footprint, with Launch of Iconic American Brand IZOD in Europe

IZOD Launching in Spain, Germany, the Netherlands and
Scandinavia for Fall 2018

. (NYSE:PVH) today announces that it is bringing
one of its most iconic heritage brand lines overseas with the expansion
of IZOD into Europe.

Beginning Fall 2018, customers in Spain, Germany, the Netherlands and
Scandinavia will be able to shop the classic American IZOD
signature lifestyle with products including, shirts, polos, t-shirts,
sweaters, heavy-weight knits, pants, denim and outerwear.

The Fall/Winter 2018 IZOD collection celebrates the
brand's rich all-American heritage, inspired by Ivy league colleges,
coastal towns and the grand inland scenery. The collection is made up of
two key capsules: Winter Nautical, featuring college prep and nautical
themes, and Explorer, for the quintessential winter look.

"When looking to expand the presence of our classic IZOD brand
globally, we saw great opportunity in Europe," said Ken Duane, Chief
Executive Officer, Heritage Brands for PVH.

"We believe there is significant demand for apparel that is colorful
with a soft-washed, relaxed feel and unique performance-driven
features," said Oliver Timm, Chief Commerical Officer, PVH Europe. "This
offering delivers a value proposition not currently available in the
market. Combining this with IZOD's strong reputation as a quality
lifestyle brand, should fill the void between fast-fashion labels and
higher-priced American attire."

The IZOD collection will be available through a network of
partners across the continent in store and online, including El Corte
Inglés (Spain), Hudson's Bay (Netherlands), Galeria Kaufhof (Germany).
The collection will also be available online through Zalando and Boozt.

The launch of the brand will be supported by a focused regional
marketing, PR and social influencer campaign, along with a fresh and
bold shop in shop system that launches in Spain with additional
distribution within Europe, Russia and the Middle East region is planned
for Spring 2019.

IZOD, which first launched in the 1930s, is known for
its youthful, energetic, sports-inspired styling. Collections include
men's classic, athletically inspired sportswear, golfwear, jeanswear and
performancewear and luxury-style sport collections.

The brand ambassador roster currently includes Olympic gold medalists
and World No. 1 ranked men's double tennis team, Bob and Mike Bryan for IZOD, and
three-time PGA Tour winner Marc Leishman for IZOD Golf,
among others.
