Monetate Appoints Shikhin Agarwal as Vice President of Products


Shikhin to accelerate the delivery of innovative new capabilities as

as Vice President of Products. As the head of product
management, he will be responsible for driving innovative new approaches
for the rapid adoption of personalization technology across channels for
the world's most trusted brands.

Shikhin's appointment comes at a time when Monetate is poised to seize a
tremendous market opportunity. Personalization has become a necessary
element of brands' customer engagement strategies, as consumers
increasingly expect individualized experiences from the brands with

Throughout his career, Shikhin has led international teams to advance
product innovation at early and growth-stage companies. Most recently,
he co-founded and led product strategy, go-to market and M&A for social
media analytics company Crowdbabble. He also served as an expert
reviewer of investment proposals for a premium startup investment firm
in Toronto, the Ontario Centres of Excellence, and an advisor to
financial technology startup and HR technology company
BizMerlin. Earlier in his career, Shikhin led product management and
product marketing teams in social media advertising tech, financial
technology and other VC-funded enterprise software companies in Silicon
Valley, New York, Washington, D.C. and Bangalore, India.

Shikhin has relocated from Toronto to the company's Pennsylvania office,
where he joins the executive leadership team and will report directly to
Collins. Shikhin has an engineering degree from one of the top tech
schools in India, IIT Bombay, and MBA from the University of Michigan.
