EasyVista Recognized in Gartner Magic Quadrant for IT Service Management Tools for Seventh Consecutive Year

EasyVista continues to improve ability to execute and its
completeness of vision in 2018

EasyVista

today announced it was included in the 2018 Gartner Magic Quadrant for
IT Service Management (ITSM) Tools. EasyVista was selected as one of
nine companies to be included in the Magic Quadrant, representing a
select group of companies offering ITSM platforms that meet enterprise

  • More than doubling the number of out-of-the-box ITOM integrations in
    2017 to better address the needs of upper-intermediate to advanced
    maturity I&O customers
  • Its EV Service Manager platform, which can run on-premises and via
    SaaS, making the installed customer base uncommonly well-balanced
    across both modes

Help into our ITSM platform provides our customers with a unique
opportunity to drive down costs and provide an engaging employee
