Carl Bass Appointed to Oqton Board of Directors

Former Autodesk CEO joins the board as an independent director of
Oqton

Oqton,
an autonomous manufacturing platform provider, today announced the
appointment of Carl Bass to its board of directors. A seasoned
technology icon and former CEO of Autodesk, Bass will serve as an
independent director of the company.

"I've known Carl for many years and value his insight and
forthrightness," said Samir Hanna, CEO and co-founder of Oqton. "Carl
has an incredible track record of building strong companies through the
pursuit of new ideas. That combined with his talent for identifying and

Bass co-founded Ithaca software, which was acquired by Autodesk in 1993.
During his 24-year tenure at Autodesk, he served in key roles across the
organization, including CEO from 2006 to 2017. He currently sits on the
board of directors for multiple technology companies and continues to
explore new concepts in advanced manufacturing at his workshop in
Berkeley, CA.
