According to the Centers
for Disease Control and Prevention
, one-third of U.S. adults
reported receiving less than the recommended amount of sleep. The National
Sleep Foundation
reported that two-thirds of the workforce
experiences suboptimal sleep at least a few times a week. To help people
achieve a better night's sleep, SleepScore Labs tests sleep technology,

nights of tracked sleep with multiple users and were found to benefit
several key aspects of perceived and objective sleep. The study garnered
the following results:

  • Over half of users reported better sleep in general.
  • Over half of users reported shorter time to fall asleep.
  • Half of users felt more rested when waking up the next day.
  • 90 percent reported they would continue using the lights after the
    study concluded.
