The project is based on the formation of a representative sample,
corresponding to the regional structure of sales of cars of the studied
brands. In the course of the study, we get a customer evaluation of the
owners of the most popular brands in the rating of Russian sales (about
30 brands).

The project also provides an opportunity to compare annually the change
in indicators by brands and ask the questions of respondents
participating in the survey.

The survey estimates:

  • Satisfaction with the car (for a number of parameters),
  • satisfaction with the service at the official dealer service (for a
    number of parameters),
  • The dealer service confidence index,
  • The re-purchase index and the NPS index.

In 2017, the second wave of research was carried out, another brand was
added to the usual brand composition - the Datsun brand. As a result,
the total number of brands in the report is 31, and the total number of
respondents is over 3100 car owners.
