Three-Year Sales Growth Over 4,000%

Inc. magazine today ranked GoGuardian
the fastest-growing education company on its annual Inc. 500 list, the
most prestigious ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private
companies. The list represents the most successful companies within the
American economy's most dynamic segment— its independent small and
midsize businesses. Companies such as Microsoft, Dell, Pandora,
Timberland, LinkedIn, Yelp, Zillow, and other household names gained
their first national exposure as honorees of the Inc. 500.

"We believe GoGuardian is the fastest-growing education company of all
time," said GoGuardian CEO Advait Shinde. "Our mission to unlock student
potential by placing student success and well-being at center of our
technology drives GoGuardian's unprecedented growth in the education
software sector."

"This award from Inc. 500 is the latest reflection of the ways our
innovative products are revolutionizing the K-12 landscape. Hundreds of
thousands of educators worldwide leverage our proprietary machine
learning technology to help their 5 million students tap the educational
power of the internet in safe and inspiring ways," Shinde added.

The 2018 Inc. 500, unveiled online at Inc.com
and the September issue of Inc., is the most competitive group in
the list's history. The average company on the list achieved three-year
growth of 481%, roughly 10% of the growth GoGuardian achieved. Complete
results of the Inc. 500, including company profiles and an interactive
database that can be sorted by industry, region, and other criteria, can
be found here.

"The Inc. 500 is the most persuasive evidence I know that the American
Dream is still alive," says Inc. President and Editor-In-Chief Eric
Schurenberg. "The founders and CEOs of the Inc. 500 tell us they think
determination, risk taking, and vision were the keys to their success,
and I believe them."

Founded in 2014, GoGuardian first became eligible for the Inc. 500
awards this year. Demonstrating 3 years of revenue growth are required
for eligibility. GoGuardian's year-over-year growth would have qualified
for the Inc. 500 lists in education, software, and overall companies
since its inception.
